The idea of this article is to adapt the existing method of second quantization to quantum systems with incoherent processes. It significantly reduces the computational effort required for modeling open quantum systems of identical particles. For illustration, we study the effect of dissipation and statistical mixing for collective light-matter interactions. We provide a detailed recipe for using our formalism and discuss its limitations and possible workarounds.
